complete range of in-house services – tooling, injection
and stamping, we have full control over our customers’
quality requirements.
Our engineers are trained in using the latest CAD tools
in delivering effective support to both our production
and our customers. We have achieved much success with
our customers in co-designing products for better manufacturability.

We are capable of setting-up a rapid response team to
study your drawings and work out a cost effective manufacturing
process. Depending on your requirements, we can tailor
our service from manufacturing to logistics to suit your
needs.
Cost Effectiveness
We believe that the sustainable path to a lowering of
cost is through lean practices. By reducing waste, reducing
inefficient flow and documenting experiences, we create
the value for our customers with a win-win partnership.
We follow Dr Richard Schonberger’s 16 Principles*
for manufacturing excellence. The purpose of our efforts
is to continuously raise our level of service (quality
and lead-time) while maintaining competitive costs and
prices for the benefit of our customers.

Environmental Policy
We are committed to the prevention of pollution and minimizing
the impact of its operations on the environment. This
is a key element of our business principles. We will work
in partnership with our suppliers and seek to influence
them in order to minimize the impact of their operations
on environment through a strict procurement policy that
is based on the principle of continuous environmental
improvement.
We acknowledge suppliers that can only provide Lead and
Cadmium free materials. Our products go through stringent
inspections with recognized equipments such as the SEIKO
XRF Metrology Tester to ensure that these product as truly
environmentally friendly.
